The Qur’an is barakat (blessing), but the Sura Al-Baqara (2nd sura of Qur’an) is the Sayyid of barakat. This sura builds a castle around the body. No eye can enter that castle. The person who has a grudge (hearthburning) cannot hurt the person who reads Surah Al Baqara. The benefits are too many to count it. It also brings blessings to his own soul, property and people. The evil of the person who wants to do evil does not hit the person who reads it, even magic does not hit the person who reads it.
