3. The one who gets the zakaat, has to be eligible at the time when zakaat is given. When this stand (eligibility) is loss later, it does not change the validity of the zakaat.
As example:
If someone gives his zekat to the poor before the year has been over, it is not needed to give it again. Mostly people want to get the barakah of the month of Ramadan and give their zakaat during this month (when the year wasn’t even completed). Because a fard (obligation) that has been performed during the Ramadan, is rewarded like 70 fard performed in other months.
When the zakaat is given, and the same day you find a treasure and get rich, they can’t ask the zakaat back.

4. A person can’t give his zakaat to rich man’s child. This child is been counted rich because of his father’s property. But zakaat falls due to a rich woman’s poor and orphan child. Because the child belongs to the father by nasab, and is not counted rich by his mother’s property/wealth. A person can give his zakaat to a rich man’s poor father, or poor elder son, or to his daughter, or to this man’s poor wife. Because they are not considered rich with each other’s wealth.
